Hear From GTA Homeowners

I have worked with Damir for about 3 years renting an investment property I own in Oakville. His work has been invaluable in securing qualified tenants.

Damir helped guide me through the process of getting my Mississauga property leased. Since it was my very first time leasing a property, I was nervous about starting the process. However, Damir was able to guide me the entire way while also giving me peace of mind with his experience, professionalism and expertise. In a matter of two days, Damir was able to list the inspected the property and put up the lease listing. It immediately became a very popular listing as there were many showings shortly after it was listed. Then numerous offers kept rolling in. With all of the offers, Damir took the time to carefully explore each one and then recommend the best ones to me. Since it was my first team looking at a potential tenant, this played an important role in the process. A few days after being listed, we accepted an offer from a fantastic tenant and it has been a great experience overall. I highly recommend Damir Strk for all of your buying, selling or leasing needs.

Damir has been an asset to my wife and I as he helped us secure great tenants for our townhome over the years. Damir is very thorough and always does his due diligence when helping us select a proper tenant. Damir can easily be reached and is dependable.  We highly recommend Damir for all your real estate needs.

Thank you, Damir Strk for your team’s impressive work. My wife and I were tenants during what turned out to be a brief and well-managed showing period just after the house was listed. And, your prompt work and impressive results (at least 4 offers) allowed us to avoid another month’s payment. Hoping we meet again!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Damir is very knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about getting us the right outcome and not just closing a deal. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and we always felt supported. Highly recommend.

Damir was great to collaborate and work with on a real estate transaction. Professional, excellent communication and smooth! Thank-you
