Milton is home to many communities including Trafalgar, the fastest growing one.

About Trafalgar

Although the GTA is easily within reach, there’s really no need to leave this community. Residents here can walk to Milton’s downtown area, which is known for its wonderful parks, events and more. There are farmers markets, festivals, fairs and other events that take place yearly here.

Life in Trafalgar

Nature lovers can take advantage of the rural hiking trails or gaze at the Sixteen Mile Creek, which runs right through the community. Conservation areas like Mt. Nemo and Rattlesnake Point are located within ten kilometers from this area. Cycling enthusiasts have plenty of hard surface routes to ride on.

If the pleasant, pedestrian centered downtown area isn’t enough for you, the mix of historic buildings with newly built properties might be. Furthermore, recreation options overflow within this neighbourhood. The Royal Ontario Golf Club, Trafalgar Golf & Country Home and plenty of additional courses can be found within close proximity.

Classes for people of all ages from children, youth, adults and seniors are offered at Milton’s Centre for the Arts. This facility boasts two public libraries, a senior activity centre, sports zone, gym with pool and so much more. Another fun fact, Lake Ontario is roughly 10 km away from this neighbourhood, which means an added set of activities can take place here.

Trafalgar Real Estate

Real estate in Southern Ontario’s fastest growing community is highly varied. Homes for sale in Trafalgar sit in a rural yet amenity rich part of Milton. With large, recently built properties with plenty of acreage, this community is great for growing families. Housing styles include single-family homes as well as townhouses.

Commuters are driven to this neighbourhood because of the ease of public transit afforded to them. The western section of this community features bus lines which run through the area. It is conveniently located near major highways including the 407, 403 and a quick drive from Highway 401. Any of these routes can get residents to, from and around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
